1. 30-Day Return Guarantee

We offer a 30-day return policy, allowing you up to 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

2. Return Eligibility & Conditions

To qualify for a return:

  • Air purifiers, HEPA filtration units, and replacement filter cartridges must be unused, uninstalled, and in their original working condition.
  • The item must be in its original manufacturer packaging complete with all power adapters, remote controls, user manuals, and protective inserts included.
  • Proof of purchase (order number or purchase receipt) is required.

3. How to Initiate a Return

  1. Contact our customer service team at [email protected] with your order number and the reason for return.
  2. Our team will review your request and issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) along with detailed return instructions and the authorized return shipping address.
  3. Securely pack the item in its original box and ship it back using a trackable courier service.

Important Note: Returns sent back without prior authorization will not be accepted or refunded.

4. Return Shipping Fees & Defective Goods

  • Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items: If your air purifier arrives damaged during transit, missing parts, or fails initial power-on testing, please contact us within 48 hours at [email protected] with photos or videos of the issue. We will cover 100% of the return shipping fees and issue a free replacement or full refund.
  • Buyer’s Remorse / Change of Mind: If you decide you no longer want the product or ordered the wrong model, you will be responsible for covering the return shipping cost.

5. Refund Processing Time

  • Once your returned shipment is received and thoroughly inspected at our facility, we will send an email confirming receipt and approval status.
  • Approved refunds will be automatically credited back to your original payment method within 3–5 business days.
